Lady Statesmen Sit in First Place After Night One of Christmas Invitational

RESULTS

CLEVELAND, Miss.. – The Delta State University Lady Statesmen swimming and diving team on night one of the 21^st annual Delta State Christmas Invitational. DSU had three second place finishes and were led by Peyton Osborn who came in second in the 1000 yard free with a time of 10:25.18.
The Lady Statesmen currently sit in first place with 354 points.

INSIDE THE ROPES

The Lady Statesmen swim relay team of Madison Lavoie, Martina Rossetti, Peyton Osborn, and Celeste Tuner took second place in the 800 free relay with a time of 7:32.41.
The Lady Statesmen team of Madelyn Byrd, Lavoie, Turner, and Danielle Solkow took second in the 200 yard medley relay with a time of 1:44.40.
Osborn came in second with a time of 10:25.18 in the 100 yard free.
