CLEVELAND, Miss. -- Celeste Turner won the 100-yard butterfly and the Delta State University Lady Statesmen 400-yard medley team took first to highlight the action on Thursday night. The two wins kept the Lady Statesmen in second place after two days of the NSISC Championships.

INSIDE THE LANE LINES
- Celeste Turner took home first place in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 54.35. She narrowly edged out Lucia Martelli, who was second with a time of 54.53. Both times were fast enough to automatically qualify for the NCAA championships.
- Madelyn Byrd and Daniella Solkow came in fourth and sixth, respectively, in the 100-yard butterfly.
- Jamie Glover was the highest finisher in the 400-yard individual medley. She finished in fifth with a time of 4:32.69. Madison Lavoie finished in seventh place.
- Turner took third place in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:51.74, while Martina Rossetti took fifth.
- The 400-yard medley relay team of Byrd, Alexis Moon, Martelli, and Tristan Fant dominated, winning the race by two seconds with a time of 3:47.70
ON THE BOARDS
- Hannah Babcock was the top finisher for the Green and White with a fourth place finish. She earned a score of 419.75
- Gillian Pratt came in fifth with a score of 415.80.
- Megan Black finished in seventh with a score of 298.05.
