GREENSBORO, NC. -- The Delta State University women's swimming and diving team concluded the NCAA Championships in 15th place on Saturday evening. The Lady Statesmen only had one race on the final night of the championships and came in 12th in the 400-yard freestyle relay.

INSIDE THE LANE LINES
- Daniella Solkow finished 29th in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.49.
- Madelyn Byrd finished the 200-yard backstroke in 2:03.14 to come in 28th.
- Celeste Turner came in fourth in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:59.26 earning All-American honors.
- Byrd came in 27th in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:08.90.
- Jamie Glover finished in 23rd in the 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 17:21.49.
- The 400-yard freestyle relay team of Lucia Martelli, Solkow, Tristian Fant and Celeste Turner came in 12th with a time of 3:24.89. The finish place was good enough for a Honorable Mention All-American finish.
