CLEVELAND, MS – Thirteen members of the Delta State Swim and Dive teams were named to the 2023 CSCAA Individual Scholar All-Americans list. Head Coach Dan'l Murray was excited for his recognized athletes and for what it means to the program as a whole.

"Our Statesmen and Lady Statesmen put in tremendous quality work this past season," said Murray. "Their constant dedication to excellence in the pool or the diving boards, while shining in the classroom showcases each individual's ability to perform at the highest levels of sport and academics. We are proud of these student-athletes and their overall accomplishments."

Delta State Men's Team Selections:

• Emanuel Fava - Masters of Sport & Human Performance

• Mateus Franco (2nd Team) - Computer & Information Science

• Alex Miller (2nd Team) - Mathematics

• Berk Ozkul - Masters of Sports Management

• Simon Pereira - International Business Management
   
• Tucker Schroer - Aviation

• Carson Traylor - Chemistry & Pre-Medicine

Delta State Women's Team Selections:

• Megan Black (2nd Team) - Pre-Veterinary Biology

• Janne Bodemer - Mathematics & Chemistry

• Reagan Fulton (2nd Team) - Psychology

• Mikayla Kloth - Environmental Science & Biology

• Hannah Murray - International Business Management

• Dani Solkow - Biology

First-team members had to achieve at least a 3.50 GPA while also participating in their respective national championships. Second-team members also earned a minimum 3.50 GPA while meeting the "B" time standard for national championships,
