MONTEVALLO, Ala. - The Delta State University Men's Golf Team shot a collective 578 (+10) through two rounds at the Montevallo Invitational at the Timberline Golf Course in Calera, Ala.
 
DSU currently holds two top five golfers in the tournament in Ty Werynski, and Peter Blazevic. Werynski is currently in second place after shooting a 68 (-3) in the first round and following it up with a 69 (-2) in the second round to put his total at 137 (-5) in the tournament.
 
Blazevic stayed consistent shooting a 71 (Even) in both rounds as he is currently in fourth place in the Invitational.
 
The Statesmen will finish the tournament tomorrow with 18 holes to go.
